The location and staff
You advertied this hotel as 4 star - it was most definately not - I have holidayed abroad and elsewhere for over 35 years and currently have a 7 star residence overseas. Basic facilities such as kettle/bath/toiletries were non existent; choice of foods at mealtimes was terrible; coloured water in lieu of fruit juice; non existent choice of desert melon or eklse; absoluetly no luxurious for a 4 star evrything was clearly strictly budgeted with no deviation. Howver with just a little bit more effort, this hotel could really justify your 4 star rating. I feel cheated that as I expecetd - and paid for a 4 star hotel which is rated by others as either a 3 star or by the hotel as a 3 star +. I would not use your comany recommendation again

Perfect for beach lovers!
Really enjoyed the super friendly staff, especially at the bar. The pool area was nice, and it was great to chill with a drink after a day at the beach. The breakfast was decent, but u gotta get there early or things run out fast. One lil thing tho, not all rooms have the best views.

A cozy stay by the pool
The pool area was immaculate, and the food from the pool bar was good. I especially loved the fresh omelettes. The location was convenient for beach access.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room left much to be desired, with towels often looking worn out. There were surprise charges for the fridge, frustrating.

Stayed in a Standard Double or Twin Room for 9 nights. The room was spacious and cleaned daily, but the decor felt outdated. Had to pay for the fridge, a bit annoying, and the towels looked a bit worn-out. Not a biggie though, the bed was comfy enough for a decent sleep. Just a heads up, the air conditioning worked great!

The young staff at the reception were extremely courteous and very helpful with any requests we had during our stay. the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as we had to ask for towels and toiletries. The refrigerator also took quite some time to get started and ended up being an extra charge, which was a bit frustrating. We enjoyed delicious omelettes made by the chef during breakfast. The location was excellent, allowing us easy access to the nearby beach area.

A Nice Stay with Great Beach Access!
I stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area was clean, and the breakfast omelettes were good! If you need anything, just ask the friendly young staff at the bar-you'll be pleased with their service. Make sure to arrive early for breakfast!

Had a lovely stay with a cozy room and a nice view of the pool from the balcony. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxation, and there were plenty of sunbeds to soak up the sun. Just a heads up. while everything was nice, the Wi-Fi could have been better. 😊
